1. How long will will my order take to ship?

Because we are a made-to-order brand, it takes us about 1-2 weeks to manufacture and ship your order. Your items will ship within 10 business days.

2. Do you accept returns or exchanges

Yes, items can be returned within one week of purchase or exchanged for store credit within one month of purchase. Items that have been customized in any way cannot be returned or exchanged. We do charge a 5% cancellation fee on all returns.

3. Do you ship internationally?

We do! Cost of shipping varies by location.

4. What are the shipping options available within Israel?

Within Israel we offer shipping via door-to-door by courier, registered mail, or pick up at our store.

5. What does made-to-order mean?

We try our best to manufacture ethically and sustainably–one of the ways we do this is by not manufacturing extra stock. This means that we don’t have all of our sizes and colorways on hand. When you place your order, we make it especially for you! It helps us reduce waste, and also allows us to make any alterations or personalizations that you might require for the perfect fit.

7. Are your items customizable?

Yes! Most of our items can be made in various fabrics and colors–our Shibori collection, for example, can be made in any of the colors and patterns that you see on our website. We also offer minor customization options in terms of length and coverage, and more extensive alterations with an additional fee. If you want to customize your order, reach out to us and we’ll happily discuss your options.

8. Where do you manufacture your items?

We are proud to manufacture here in Tel Aviv, either with local seamstresses or in our own studio. We’ve found this is the best way to manage quality while ensuring the ethical and sustainable manufacturing we value so highly.

 

 

 1. כמה זמן לוקח לייצר ולשלוח הזמנה? 

בגלל שאנחנו מייצרות לפי הזמנה, לוקח לנו בין שבוע לשבועיים לייצר ולשלוח את ההזמנה שלכם. אנחנו מתחייבות לשלוח את ההזמנה שלכם תוך 10 ימי עסקים

2.  האם אפשר להחליף או להחזיר פריטים?

כן, אפשר לקבל החזר כספי על פריטים תוך 7 ימי עסקים מתאריך הקנייה (פחות 5% עמלת ביטול).  ניתן להחליף/לקבל זיכוי תוך 28 ימי עסקים מתאריך הקנייה. פריטים שיוצרו בהתאמה אישית לא ניתנים להחזרה או החלפה.

3. יש אפשרות לשילוח בינלאומי?

כן. עלות המשלוח תלוייה ביעד ועל פי המדיניות של אותה מדינה.

4. מה האפשרויות למשלוח בתוך הארץ?

בתוך הארץ אנחנו מציעות אפשרות של שליח עד הבית, דואר רשום, או איסוף עצמי מהחנות שלנו.

5. מה הכוונה של ייצור לפי הזמנה?

מאוד חשוב לנו לייצר באופן אתי ובר קיימא - אחת הדרכים שאנחנו מקיימות זאת היא בכך שאנו לא מייצרות מלאי של פריטים. משמע כי אין לנו את כל הגדלים והצבעים האפשריים פה בחנות. ברגע שמזמינים פריט, אנו מייצרות אותו במיוחד בשבילך! זה תורם לנו לצמצום משאבים וחומרים, וכמו גם מאפשר לבצע כל שינוי שתרצו לצורך ההתאמה המושלמת.

6. איך אני יודעת מה המידה שלי?

אפשר לבדוק את טבלת המידות שלנו, ואם יש שאלות או חששות תמיד אפשר ליצור איתנו קשר.

7. האם אפשר להתאים את הפריטים באופן אישי?

כן! את רוב הפריטים שלנו ניתן לייצר בבדים וצבעים שונים - את קולקציית השיבורי שלנו, למשל, אפשר להכין בכל אחד מן הצבעים והדוגמאות שרואים באתר. אנחנו מציעות גם אפשרות לפתרונות של אורך וכיסוי, ושינויים משמעותיים יותר בתוספת תשלום. אם תרצו להתאים אישית את ההזמנה שלכן/ם, ניתן לפנות אלינו ונשמח לדבר על זה יחד איתכן/ם.

8. איפה מייצרים את הפריטים? 

אנחנו גאות לייצר בסטודיו שלנו בתל אביב, יחד עם צוות מקצועי של תופרות מקומיות. אנחנו מאמינות כי זו הדרך הטובה ביותר לשמור על קו איכותי של פרטי הלבוש שלנו וגם לוודא ייצור ערכי וסביבתי.
